How Noble Creative handles information associated with accounts, creative work and use of the platform.
Noble Creative may process account information, authentication information, subscription information, transaction records, project metadata, uploaded files, connected-platform information, technical logs and other information necessary to operate requested services.
Information may be used to operate accounts, provide production and storage functionality, process payments, perform requested publishing actions, secure the Service, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Creator files may contain commercially sensitive or unreleased material. Storage of those files does not by itself make them public or transfer ownership to Noble Creative.
When a creator connects an external platform, Noble Creative may process the credentials or tokens necessary to perform authorized actions. Access is limited to the functionality permitted by the integration and creator authorization.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for platform operation, transactions, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations and other legitimate purposes. Information no longer required should be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements.
Noble Creative uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information being protected. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Users should download important creative work before closing an account. Certain transaction, legal, security or backup records may remain for an applicable retention period.
