What happens to creator work and account information when an account closes or Noble Creative permanently discontinues the Service.
Closing an account or discontinuing Noble Creative does not cause Noble Creative to acquire ownership of creator-owned copyrights or original creative work.
Creators should export important files before requesting account closure. After applicable recovery and retention periods, eligible project files and account content may be permanently deleted.
If Noble Creative permanently discontinues the Service, Noble Creative will make reasonable efforts, circumstances permitting, to provide advance notice and an opportunity to download eligible Creator Content before permanent deletion.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for transactions, taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes or applicable legal requirements.
Noble Creative-owned assets may be transferred during a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, insolvency proceeding or sale. Such a transaction does not by itself convert creator-owned copyrights into Noble Creative property.
Creators should maintain independent copies of commercially important work. Noble Creative should not be used as the only archival copy of irreplaceable creative material.
