Uploading creator-owned material to Noble Creative does not, by itself, assign or sell the copyright in that material to Noble Creative.
Subject to third-party rights, creators retain ownership of their original music, recordings, artwork, animation, video, designs, characters, source files, project files and other creative work.
Content identified as private, draft or unpublished is not intended to become public simply because it is stored on the platform.
Noble Creative may process private files where technically necessary to provide requested features, maintain security, create backups or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Noble Creative receives only the rights reasonably necessary to provide the Service. This can include storing files, generating previews, transmitting creator-approved publications and delivering products to customers.
Creators are responsible for respecting the rights of collaborators, clients, labels, publishers, employers, producers, performers and other applicable rights holders.
A file appearing in one user's account does not automatically establish that user's exclusive copyright ownership.
Noble Creative retains applicable rights in its software, source code, branding, platform design, original templates, documentation, proprietary systems and other Noble Creative-created materials.
