Rights holders may contact Noble Creative regarding material they reasonably believe infringes their rights. Noble Creative may restrict disputed content while reviewing a complaint or where required by applicable law.
Accounts involved in repeated or serious intellectual-property violations may have content removed, selling privileges restricted or account access terminated.
Noble Creative does not determine final legal ownership merely from upload history. Ownership disputes may require documentation, agreements between parties or appropriate legal resolution.
